If you’re having technical problems using our site, please check the following items.
1.This site should be viewed with Internet Explorer (version 4.0 or greater) or Firefox (version 3.0.4 or greater).
2.If you use AOL and are having trouble with our site: minimize AOL and open Internet Explorer or Firefox.
3.We strongly recommend that you use a modem connection of 28.8K or faster.
4.Your browser should have Java Script enabled.
5.Desktop software that is designed to provide internet security, such as McAfee’s Guard Dog, may block your
access to our site. Such software may block access to the port specified in our URL (5138). If you have problems,
try disabling your internet security software while you are using our site. If you access our site over a company
network, your "firewall" may also reject the port number specified in our URL. Please consult your system
administrator or system security staff.

How to Enable Java Script
Internet Explorer
On the Tools menu, select Internet Options. Select the Security tab.
Click the Custom Level box.
Scroll down to Scripting. Make sure that Active Scripting is enabled.
By default your browser comes with Active Scripting enabled.
Firefox
On the Tools menu, click Options. Click
on the Content icon. Check the box to Enable JavaScript. Click on the Advanced button
to open the Advanced JavaScript Options box. Make sure
that Allow scripts to section is checked.
By default your browser comes with JavaScript enabled.
